NSUJL Benefit Rodeo: Honoring the Brotherhood

The Climbing for Lost Linemen Ceremony

Held on Friday evening at dusk, the Climbing for Lost Linemen (CFLL) ceremony is the heart of our mission. It is a solemn, symbolic tribute to the brothers and sisters who lost their lives on the line during the prior 12 months.

  • Financial Aid for Lineman Families: Helping cover essential costs like housing and utilities during recovery.
  • Emotional Wellness & Support: Connecting families with resources to navigate the aftermath of an injury or loss.

The Annual NSUJL Benefit Rodeo

Our yearly Lineman Benefit Rodeo kicks off every Saturday with excitement and camaraderie. As one of our largest fundraising events, it brings together sponsors, teams, and union families from across the nation.

What to Expect at the Rodeo:

  • Financial Aid for Lineman Families: Friendly, high-skill challenges for IBEW linemen and apprentices.
  • Trade Show & Vendors: Explore the latest industry tools and wares from our dedicated sponsors.
  • Family Fun: Auctions, games and activities designed for all ages.
  • Great Food: Delectable options served by our community of volunteers.

Our Vision for Growth

We envision the continued expansion of the Climbing for Lost Linemen and Rodeo. With more teams and vendors joining each year, we can enhance our support for IBEW brothers and sisters in need and offer even more family-friendly activities.
