Stand Behind Lineworkers and Their Families

Sponsoring the 2026 NSUJL Rodeo is more than supporting an event. It is a meaningful way to stand beside the journeymen linemen, apprentices, and families who make sacrifices every day to keep communities powered and connected.

Hosted by the National Sisterhood United for Journeymen Linemen (NSUJL), the rodeo and Climbing for Lost Linemen Ceremony bring the lineworker community together for remembrance, support, and connection. Your sponsorship helps make this weekend possible while directly supporting families facing serious injury, illness, loss, and hardship.

Whether you are a company, local union, industry partner, small business, or individual supporter, your sponsorship helps NSUJL continue life-changing work for lineworker families across the country.

Why Sponsor the 2026 NSUJL Rodeo?

When you sponsor the NSUJL Rodeo, you are helping fund real support for real families in difficult moments. Your sponsorship helps strengthen NSUJL’s mission and ensures that lineworker families never have to face a crisis alone.

Sponsorships Provide

Immediate Help in Times of Crisis: NSUJL provides $1,000 in emergency assistance as soon as the organization is notified of a qualifying work-related injury, helping families navigate the first days of uncertainty with immediate support.

Continued Family Support: Under qualifying circumstances, families may receive up to 12 months of continued assistance to help them remain stable while grieving and adjusting to major life changes.

Practical Everyday Assistance: Support funds real-world needs such as

  • Wheelchair ramps
  • Home accessibility modifications
  • Home preparation
  • Meal trains

Other Day-to-Day Emotional and Community Support to Help Families Move Forward: NSUJL provides compassionate outreach, check-ins, remembrance efforts and community connection so families feel supported, seen and never forgotten.

Climbing for Lost Linemen Ceremony

Sponsors help make the Climbing for Lost Linemen Ceremony possible. This deeply meaningful event honors the lives, service and sacrifice of lineworkers lost too soon.

Scholarship Support

Through NSUJL scholarship efforts, sponsorships help create opportunities and support surviving children and families as they look toward the future.

Your Impact Matters

In 2025, NSUJL responded to 50 lineworker injury and loss cases, providing more than $144,000 in direct financial assistance to qualifying IBEW classifications.

Your sponsorship helps NSUJL continue and expand this important work.
