Pride, strength, and determination have brought what was once a group of acquaintances together to form the National Sisterhood United for Journeymen Linemen (NSUJL).
A group of women, who barely knew each other through a Facebook group dedicated to line wives, heard of the passing of a lineman. Wanting to help, they quickly found there were NO organizations across the country who help in these times of need. A meeting of the minds occurred and, as they say, the rest is history!
Once this group of women started, their hard work and determination moved them into the position that they are no in today. NSUJL is now a registered, Non-Profit Organization helping Journeymen Linemen and their families across the country! The response NSUJL is receiving from Local IBEW Unions is amazing.
