It’s time once again to share our upcoming 2020 calendar and planner fundraiser! This fundraiser has raised over $107k in the past 5 years, which has assisted numerous families by supporting our endeavors to achieve our mission. NSUJL’s mission states that we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting fallen or injured IBEW Journeymen Linemen, Utility Linemen, Apprentice Linemen, Groundmen, Operators, LCTT and/or their spouses and minor children. We are forever grateful for everyone’s prior and continued support. Thank you for always supporting the Sisterhood in all of our endeavors!
Photo Submissions
First of all, we’re looking for some gorgeous photos to use for this year’s calendar and planner! If you have high-quality photos of which the subject focuses on some aspect of the powerline industry, please submit them to [email protected] for a chance to be featured in either the calendar or planner! For high-quality photo prints, submitted photograph files must be 300 dpi at either 9.5″ x 9″ for the calendar or 6″ x 9″ for the planner.
Sponsorships
This year, our calendar will be a vertical 11″x17″ calendar with a spiral-bound top.
For a donation of $2,000, you will receive a full-color advertising spot shared with NSUJL’s name & logo on the front or back cover of our 2020 calendar. Limit of 2. You will also receive 25 free calendars.
For a donation of $1,000, you will receive a full-color advertising spot on one month page. Limit of 12; months assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will also receive 25 free calendars.
This year, our planner will be a vertical 6″x9″ planner with a spiral-bound side (as shown).
For a donation of $1,000, you will receive a full-color advertising spot shared with NSUJL’s name & logo on the front or back cover of our 2020 planner. Limit of 2. You will also receive 25 free planners.
For a donation of $500, you will receive a full-color advertising spot on the page before the month begins. Limit of 12; months assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will also receive 25 free planners.
To sponsor a cover or page of our 2020 calendar or planner, please submit a completed copy of our sponsorship form. Please note that the sponsorship deadline is October 1st, 2019. Please have all advertisements submitted to us by October 15th, 2019.
Advertisement specifications for printing are as follows:
- Ad size is 8″ x 4″ horizontal for calendar cover.
- Ad size is 4.5″ x 3″ horizontal for calendar pages.
- Ad size is 6″ x 9″ vertical for planner cover and pages.
- Do not use bleed.
- Ads should be at least 300 ppi, if possible.
- Preferred file formats are .ai, .eps, .indd, .jpg, .pdf, .psd.
- Please submit ad files to [email protected].
Pledges
We’re also taking pledges for calendar and planner orders!
- A $100 donation will get you 8 free calendars or planners.
- A $500 donation will get you 40 free calendars or planners.
- A $1,000 donation will get you 90 free calendars or planners.
- A $2,500 donation will get you 230 free calendars or planners.
- A $5,000 donation will get you 500 free calendars or planners.
