Journeymen Team Registration:

Entry Fee is $150 per team (Plus Handling Fee)

Each Team must register a Judge

To Submit an Honoree for the Climbing for Lost Linemen Ceremony at the 2025 Rodeo, please use THIS link. Also please e-mail us here regarding your lost linemen so they can be added to the memorial page on our website.

Judges:

If you or anyone you know would like to be a judge at our rodeo, please fill out THIS form. Registration is due by May 26th 2025 and each judge is provided with a complementary T-shirt. We need 24 judges to properly hold our rodeo, so please share with family and friends so our rodeo can be the best it can be in 2025!

Small Businesses & Food Vendors:

Are you a small business owner or food vendor who is looking to work with our rodeo, increase your name recognition in the community and support a great cause? Great! We would love to hear from you using THIS link!

Rentals for the Rodeo Benefit:

Need some tables/chairs or a tent for your time at the Rodeo or at the Climbing For Lost Linemen benefit? Call Tent Rentals of NEPA at (570) 233-4634 or e-mail them HERE. Their proven track record working with union halls leads them to be our preferred source for your needs when attending the benefit or rodeo!

Rodeo Rules

Contestants must compete in all events. Failure to complete all events will result in disqualification from the competition. There will be 4 events per contestant, 2 of which are mystery events.

ALL COMPETITORS MUST WEAR 100% FALL PROTECTION!

JOURNEYMEN TEAMS & APPRENTICES CAN BE UNION or NON-UNION, BUT ALL APPRENTICES MUST BE QUALIFIED CLIMBERS!

EACH TEAM MUST REGISTER A JUDGE!

Each contestant must provide their own climbers, belt, safety strap, 100% fall protection, hard hat, approved safety glasses with side shields, 100% cotton or flame-retardant long-sleeved shirt, hand tools, leather gloves, knife (no razor knife), etc. Please make sure that your tools are clearly marked with your name for identification.

A reminder: Registration is allowed after May 20th and up to the day of the event. However, we are unable to guarantee your free long sleeve shirt and mini bucket. Please send in your forms ASAP! Extra shirts and mini buckets will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We can add or change participants’ names up to June 1st, 2025.
