National Sisterhood United for Journeymen Linemen is a TRUE Non-Profit

  • by

The National Sisterhood United for Journeymen Linemen depends 100% on public donations, donations from members and membership dues for activities and the support that they offer. All donations go directly to the linemen and the families of linemen who either were injured on the job or passed away.

NSUJL is completely non-profit and works very hard at ensuring the organization upholds its reputation in every way. In order to assure all donations to NSUJL go directly to Journeymen Linemen and their families, all officers and directors pay for their own supplies which include web hosting, and day-to-day business expenses. NSUJL utilizes free press release sites, such as PRLOG as well as Facebook and Twitter for publicity. NSUJL will never use donated dollars frivolously. With great pride and assistance from members and Union Locals, NSUJL has donated to Journeymen Linemen, and their families, of on-the-job tragedies since the organization’s creation earlier this year.

NSUJL will continue to work with IBEW locals around the nation in order to help families. As the organization grows, so will the amounts for the donations. National Sisterhood United for Journeymen Linemen (NSUJL), a non-profit organization, is dedicated to serving IBEW Linemen and/or their spouses and children. It’s NSUJL’s mission to provide emergency financial, emotional and physical assistance, in cases of work-related injuries or death.
