NSUJL Rodeo and CFLL Rescheduled

Date

In keeping everyone’s safety and health NSUJL’s #1 priority, the NSUJL Benefit Rodeo and Climbing for Lost Linemen Ceremony has been postponed until August.  The events, typically held in June, will now be held on August 14th and 15th, 2020.  The events will still be held at the Clearfield County Fairgrounds in Clearfield, PA.  As much as NSUJL wanted to hold the event at their new property in Freeland, PA, construction on the parking area would not be complete in time.

Events

The Climbing for Lost Linemen Ceremony will be held on Friday evening, August 14th.  The event will begin at 6 PM.  Applications for honorees will be accepted until June 15th, 2020.  Lineworkers lost from June 1st, 2019 through May 31st, 2020 will be honored at the ceremony.  Please be sure to submit your application to us by filling out this form.  This ensures that NSUJL will receive a personalized lantern with your lineworker’s name in time.

The NSUJL Benefit Rodeo will take place the following day, August 15th.  The event begins at approximately 8 AM and lasts well into the evening.  Registrations for judges and competitors are now able to be submitted through July 1st, 2020.  NSUJL does accept day-of registrations, but competitors will not be guaranteed a shirt.  On the NSUJL Benefit Rodeo Website you are able to find application forms.
