I am sad to report that our projected vacation for the holidays is coming a bit earlier than expected. We are having some issues with the machine and will need to shut the store down until we get them worked out. We ride ourselves in making sure you are 110% satisfied with your custom project and are not happy with the results we are getting right now. Everyone with a pending order will be asked if they want a refund or to wait for the machine to be fixed. I am so sorry.
